Replacing our 20 year old sliding doors with the new ones from SG Windows and Doors was expensive and there is a lead time but the quality difference is incredible. They are way more sturdy, smooth sliding, sun and noise blocking. I can’t believe how much a difference they make. I wish we had made the change years ago. SG Windows was good to work with and the crew that did the install was extremely good. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

We’ve had a horrible experience with this company. We’ve had several issues with our windows and sliding doors that were still under warranty. They took forever to come out to assess the issues (including a brand new window that grew mold and a slider track that warped in the heat), and then took even longer to actually fix them, if they came back at all (we are still waiting on the new slider track THEY told us we needed, and it’s been over a year with several follow-ups initiated by me). Our house is only a year and a half old and the lock on our main slider just broke completely; locked us out 2x today and then broke completely and now won’t lock at all, and unfortunately we are now outside of our warranty (which I’m not sure would have mattered since stuff well within our warranty time frame is still not fixed). If I could give 0 stars I would.
