The team sent to our home was on time and professional. They explained the whys and hows of the maintenance procedures for our doors in a way that made sense. We are so glad we have dependable preventative service for our garage doors from Brandon and his team.

Jake is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Repaired garage door that was initially framed incorrectly by framing contractor. Reattached with long lag bolts to framing instead of 3/4” plywood used by contractor.

I emailed Advanced Garage Door Works on a Sunday (knowing they weren't open) regarding an issue I was having with my garage door. I was notified first thing on Monday morning that they would have one of their techs contact me. By Monday afternoon, the tech was here, diagnosed the problem, and advised if I experienced any issues in the future, to give them a call. Very prompt and friendly service. Thank you!
