Do not ever trust them to return your phone case back to you. If you forget to take it off they'll be too reckless to hold on to it plus the customer service is lacking. When you call them for instance, there can be a Google voice assistant that picks up or they won't answer. They say they will call you when the phone is done and don't even do that. I feel like they cannot handle how busy it gets over there and the only good thing about this place is the local location, that they do indeed actually bother to fix the phone & that they are literally the cheapest phone repair shop I had ended up going to. Of course I have a newer phone with a case but it is the principal they are not good at utilizing common sense. Don't just sit there with the phone for days on end without picking up your phone then when someone wants to tell you that your phone is being forwarded at times to a Google assistant that hangs up just rush the person off the phone. Also I notice that the hours for their business is not even the correct ones apparently. They really have to step it up there.

I ADVICE DONT BRING ANY DEVICES HERE . I had to bring my iPhone back 3 times because it wasn’t fixed correctly . Then when I Finially come pick up my phone a month or so later I ask for discount due to the fact it wasn’t done correctly the first time and then on the pick up it’s “ok let me fix your screen” like ummmm the screen was previously fixed … so why would it had to be fixed again. Now I paid $160 dollars and have other life issues to handle! By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . The worst ! I would never return ! My time is being procrastinated knowing I have another store to run to and it takes way to long even on the pick up. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and this is by fair the worst experience.

Absolutely HORRIBLE spot. First of all they NEVER, EVER answer the phone. Secondly the girl at the desk is VERY RUDE. Never greets customers and barely acknowledges their existence. Poor customer service. Next, I had to come back 3 TIMES because the screen brightness would not work. They replaced it, then the camera was not working and then finally they claimed it was water damaged for it to be totally untrue and they retracted their statement. Alex the owner is very RUDE and a liar. I would never go to this place. He claims if you buy a screen protector from him the screen is a life time warranty. He takes your money and is gone. The whole place is garbage. He’s very rude and dismissive and so are his workers. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place where you can actually fix your phone and get treated decently. If I can give negative stars I would.
