My friend has been to this shop multiple times to get her phone screen repaired, and unfortunately, her experience was very disappointing. Within the same week of having it fixed, the screen began malfunctioning again. She had to return more than five times for the exact same issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame her, claiming she must have dropped the phone or caused water damage, which simply wasn’t true. She later took her phone to another technician and was told that a cheap, low-quality screen had been installed, which was also causing her phone to overheat. Since getting it repaired elsewhere, she hasn’t had a single issue. Although they offered her a one-time discount, it didn’t make up for the repeated inconvenience, poor-quality parts, and the extra money she ended up spending. The last time she went in, they even charged her more than what they had originally charged before. Based on her experience, I would not recommend this place.
