Matt, Silas, and the Ideal Mechanical organization are probably the most honest and reliable contractor I ever have hired. Now I know why they are booked out so far in advance… We had a mini split system installed by Ideal Mechanical and Silas was an absolute pleasure to work with. Working alone on the first day, he was very efficient and professional in his manner and very thorough in his work. He even took time to pay attention to our golden retriever. The 2nd day, Silas, Jake and one other (sorry didn’t get his name) showed up to complete the job. Again all were very professional and the work was done quickly and finished as promised. Silas explained how the system functioned and what services would be needed. My wife and I are very happy with the work and we would recommend Ideal Mechanical to anyone looking for a mini-split installation.
Jake, Matt, and Silas did an amazing job. More than just the work, they were accommodating to placement of lines and the hot water heater. The quality of their work looks spectacular. Pleasant to work with and incredible attention to detail. I can’t wait to show off their work. Thank you!
