I recently brought my HP All In One computer into MacCoy Computer Care as my keyboard stopped communicating with the computer at startup. Even though I know very little about computers, Brendan patiently listened to my concerns and explained what he planned to do to address the issue. Later that same day, Brendan called to let me know the keyboard was now working properly and clearly explained what he did to fix the problem. I picked the computer up the next morning (the cost was very reasonable), followed the given steps to plug it back in, and the keyboard worked perfectly!
