Ideacom of Central North Carolina

We use their telephone system at A Cleaner World Uniform Rental and they are great! They were able to setup an auto attendant that helps direct our customers and callers to the correct person to help assist them. We love IdeaCom.

IdeaCom handled phones and cameras at both of our store locations. They were so much support during the install process and continue to still be supportive years later whenever we need their help! Highly recommend for your phone, camera or data cabling needs!

For starters, they use low quality AI all over their website. Having to use AI generated images already makes me feel that this is not a credible company. If your work is so good, how come you don’t have legitimate images to support it? Or - at the very least - more realistic AI images. Just a bad look. I have also heard poor reviews regarding the management staff and their organization of projects. Ordered items arriving late, or not being ordered at all. From what I’ve gathered, management seems to over promise and even on occasion lie to their customers.

We’ve been working with IdeaCom of Central North Carolina as a current client, and they’ve been a game changer for our business communications! Their team took the time to understand how we actually work day-to-day and then built a phone and IT solution around that instead of trying to force us into a cookie-cutter setup.
