Terrible customer service. They don't take responsibility for any issue they cause or happens with the equipment they sell. They won't help correct problems without a battle and lots of finger pointing. The entire tone of a business is set by the leadership. Their CEO, is an arrogant know it all, self righteous, smart's guy in the room type. He is the most smug individual I have ever met in business. His attitude and style of managing a business also effects the business internally. They struggle to get and retain employees because of him. We built a new house and had several issues once the systems were turned on. Snow melt system, and wine cooler in particular. Wine cooler took over 3 months to correct. Snow melt took over a month to correct. Plus his design for the equipment install had too much equipment in one of the mechanical rooms cause excessive heat issues in that area of the house. They overall install of equipment was inferior workmanship, many of the ducts weren't taped. Air handlers were installed not level. Wine cooler unit was installed so that you couldn't access the service panel or see the manufactures label with the model and serial number. Just a going through the motion type install. This is a nightmare of a company to deal with. You will regret dealing with them. If you sit and talk to them about your house project, all this guy wants to do is impress you with this knowledge of dew points and crap you don't care about.
