They were professional and courteous and focused on getting the job done, working brilliantly as a team. The countertops are super and well worth waiting for- expertly cut and installed. I needed to finish out my Master bath vanity and makeup vanity so I went to the remnant sale. Worked with Brian in the showroom, he took the time to show me all the pieces to choose from and I found the perfect piece. They came and made the template the next week and the following week it was installed. All the crew that I worked with were professional and pleasant. Things can go wrong and it is how a business handles it that makes the difference. Just before instillation, there was a problem with the stone for my fireplace surround and Blue Rock was EVERYTHING you would want in this situation. Within hours I was working with an in-house designer, looking at several slabs they pulled for my benefit. Ultimately I chose an amazing replacement- which I love much better than the original and they did not charge me extra for this higher quality stone. The detailed attention to matching the veining where the stone connects from wall to floor is highly professional. The end result- the centerpiece of the house. Absolutely stunning! Thank you Brian, Julie and Jonah for turning this potential pitfall into a fairy tale ending!
