Horrible service. They lied to me and told me I needed a whole new system when it just needed an AC recharge. He tried to scam me out of 12 grand when the fix was a couple hundred dollars. I am glad I went with a second opinion and my unit has been fine. This business is a scam and I will be reporting to the Better business bureau. The other reviews are obviously fake to inflate his rating. Everyone beware you will be sorry if you contact this company
Excellent service! I use them constantly for multiple properties. They're quick, professional and very reasonable. They even took the time to help me over the phone and walk me thru a repair step by step. Would definitely recommend!
The Global Warming team has been excellent from beginning to end. They have bee the most patient service provider I have ever dealt with. Taking all my calls and messages with patience, explaining every little detail so I can understand what is being done. They were very honest. They gave me a quote and afterwards realized that due to my ductwork, i can use a better machine. They provided that without asking for more money as they stand behind their quote. They promised me to show up at a certain time and to be done by a certain time. All was done professionally and punctually. The cleaned up afterwards and you would never know someone was there (except that my heat was working). Highly recommended them.
The Global warming team worked in the freezing cold from morning to past 9pm, so I can have my heat system for the night, they wouldn't call it a day until it was up and running! They care for their costumers
