from the initial call for service to final installation Reeds was accommodating, responsive and professional. Chris the tech was a true professional with install and very knowledgeable and cleaned up after he was done, very important to me. office staff top notch and owner Frank gave me multiple options from installing new furnace and AC to replacing parts on a 25 year old system. highly recommend
Called this company after another company failed to show up on Thursday at 4 pm for my 87 yr old mother who had no heat for 24 hrs. They immediately had a tech over, who set up heaters throughout her house until her new unit could be installed to replace her 30 yr old unit. Arrived early Friday and had her warm in hours. She was thrilled with the excellent service. This is a five star company!!! I cannot say how much I appreciate all they did for us as I live out of state and was desperate for help. Thank you for all you did!!!
My heat went down on a 4 degree night with a major snowstorm pending. Called Reed in AM and they had someone on site within 2 hours. Technician (Chris) was extremely friendly and was able to fix the unit rather quickly. I cannot thank Reed enough for their response and professionalism! Great experience all around! Thank you!!!
I want to give a 5 star review...so I will. TLDR; excellent service & quality work. The slightly longer version, my AC compressor stopped working over-night, called 9 am next day, they made the extra effort to get to my house by 11am (?). Johnson (the tech) tested everything, found the issue (a wire) and showed me the failure. Since the wire was in the wall (placed when the home was originally built) it was a bit of a problem. The work around was to run a new line and go through the attic wall on the side of the house (no need to tear up the sheet-rock). Second guy showed up to advise and help (Chris) and they got the AC working the same day by 3:30 pm (?). This was on a Wednesday? So they came back (Noah & Carlos) the following Monday to cover, hide and protect the wire with Line-Hide. IMHO this was needed. Showed up by 9 am and were done 2 hours later. Looks like it was always this way. Nicely done. If I had one complaint it was the cost, the total was about ~$1300. That said, everything is over-priced today (shrug). Now, if the unit failed and I need to replace the whole thing, it could have cost $7000 not including the furnace, but they were honest, fast and did quality work (they inspected the old unit - tested it, and said it was in good shape) - and according to them, should last, at least, another 5 or 6 years. If I have another issue, they're at the top speed dial. Hopefully, they can run a "promotion" or apply a coupon or something to keep prices in line with the awful economy. Edit: Came back two weeks later, furnace didn't turn on because of a loose wire that happened when the AC was fixed, repaired at no charge. A+++
