Our Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working — luckily we have a second fridge in our garage. We called one repairman and left a message — no return call. Called another who said he would be by three different times. Still haven’t heard from him! Called Dale’s. Answered right away. Came out that afternoon. Had the part in his truck. Repaired our refrigerator quickly. He was friendly, fast and reasonably priced! Highly tecommend him!

This was the second time I called Dale. Both times, he stated what he would do and he kept his word. He called each time, and at the time he said he’d call. Then he showed up early on both visits. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has great prices. He’s been doing repairs for many years, and I trust his expertise. Consider calling him the next time you need an appliance repaired. You won’t be disappointed.

I first met Mr. Dale in 1995. I had built my house and 93 and my dishwasher and my stackable unit went out I called Sears, I was still under contract with Repair. They kept messing around telling us to replace the items finally my husband called Mr. Dale. We have had him every since. We blew that Sears repair off, even though we had paid for it. Thirty one years later I still have the same stove and dishwasher. I did get a KitchenAid washer and dryer a few years later. I wanted a larger capacity. He was able to make a service call to repair my elderly mother's washer in 24 hours. Called before arriving for the job. Very courteous and respectful. The repair was done quickly, and the cost was reasonable. Would use this company again.
