Would not at all recommend. My father took his truck to have windshield wipers fixed. They recommended him to have the motor replaced for the wipers which would they would have charged about $1,000. Fortunately my father didn't do it and I found out the problem was not the motor. Also, my mother had her Subaru towed to them in which they fixed the problem. But they also replaced the windshield wiper blades which didn't need to be done and we didn't ask them to. When we got the Subaru back there was a crack in the windshield that started (pinpoint impact mark) where the the right windshield wiper was replaced. I spoke with the towing company and they denied fault stating we stay completely clear of any windshield. Therefor I know an employee at Howell's for some reason put a knick causing the crack in the windshield. The windshield was in good condition (no nicks or cracks) prior to them working on the vehicle. This is not a good place to go to.

Would not at all recommend. Took my truck to them four times and they never could fix the main issue. I sought another mechanic, only to find out the issue was with a fuel pump Howell's installed prior. It is under warranty, but I have had a time seeking for them to replace the defective fuel pump. They do not communicate well with customers, at least in my experience. The only upside was they would not charge me for the times I had to take it back to them, but still, they could not fix the problem and I wound up having to pay for a tow twice.

Howell Automotive is my new go to mechanic. My a/c went out on my 2017 Mitsubishi. I 1st went to Techway who wanted to charge me $2600.00 and I didn't know what to do! I started shopping around and found Howell's on Google. Called for a quote and Howells said they could do it for $1200! First when I brought my car for repair, they gave me ride home. (No one does that around here) 2nd they originally said it would take approx 3 days. They were done in half a day! 3rd the final cost was less than $1100! Most friendly service I ever encountered at a mechanic. Just 5 stars all the way around! They are number 1 in my book and I will never go anywhere else
