I just wanted to give a shout-out to Wiregrass and their technician Jonathan for helping us out with our machine. Jonathan was incredibly patient with us through the whole process, and honestly, everyone on the team made the experience so much better than we expected. They really treated us well and took the time to make sure everything was working right. If you ever need help with your Glowforge, I'd definitely recommend them – the customer service alone makes such a difference.
I can't say enough good things about this company! I think my Glowforge must have had problems before I sent it in to them to repair because it came back cutting better than it ever has. They are super quick to repair and very knowledgeable. Glowforge wasn't much help with their troubleshooting but Wiregrass knew before I even sent it in what the issue was. If you need repair don't hesitate to use Wiregrass. They are topnotch!
Wiregrass Technology is the real deal. I brought them my Glowforge Pro after dealing with frustrating issues, and not only did they fix it — they did it quickly, professionally, and with a level of care you just don’t see much anymore. Both the owner and lead technician took the time to personally make sure everything was working exactly as it should. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. You can tell they actually care about the work they do and the people they’re helping. If you need tech repairs or laser help in the area — go to these guys first. You won’t regret it.
