Auto works of Dothan was incredibly accommodating when my car was impounded. They brought me the proof of ownership from my glove compartment, picked me up from my house, and took me to the police station to get the release slip for my car all before taking me back to the tow yard to get my vehicle. Big thanks to JJ I er at Auto Works! I appreciate it.
Dean is honest and ethical in his diagnosis. Stands by his work. Won't sell you something you don't need now. But will tell you what needs to be done soon. Maintenance is the key to a inexpensive auto repairs.
Dean, the owner/operator, is what you look for in a mechanic. I’ve used his services for years and have never had a bad experience. He is always up front with you. Does a thorough job when diagnosing and explaining possible repair options. He is never pushy and tells you everything. As with many repairs, you don’t know the extent until you dig into it. Unlike other shops, he will not do anything without first reporting his findings and allowing me, you, to determine what you should do. Very low pressure on trying to push work on you. Always lets you decide with the information he gives you.
