Had an issue with my gas furnace during this artic blast! Called HomeServe, was able to speak to a real person and schedule a same-day appointment.....Technician arrived early and fixed the problem with parts he had readily available. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped with what Im sure is an everyday issue for him but was the end of the world for me, at the time!!! Thank you....
On time arrival customer focused polite and professional. Worked as a team. Very efficient cleaned up and left with no Issues. Well done!
Master Plumber came to change two parts and spent all day sweating two elbow connections which made a mess of silver soldering and one elbow leaks water and a replaced Pressure relief valve started gushing water like a river when pressure went up on boiler. He could have used new crimping tool with new elbows that were used on my hot water tank when they replaced it he but didn’t have that part in his truck. Then another plumber stopped by and said he didn’t have the equipment to stop leaking elbow. They need to get certified plumbers who aren’t afraid to do the job. To add insult on top of injury I have to wait till after the Christmas holiday As I was told by dispatch because most of the staff is on vacation And so I’m left with this leaking in a bucket under the pressure relief valve that I have to empty out every other day. When I asked about getting a real plumber to come in and fix the problem, they will not cover the expense yet they couldn’t send anyone. Another time I was without heat and they kept sending inexperience people who looked like a dear in headlights. I was left without hate for two whole weeks and a half due to incorrect parts and inexperienced repairmen. I’m president of my community and I have other home owners who have experienced the same level of four services, including a woman who is legally blind, and had worked on on her boiler and was told not to turn it on for a few hours on the coldest day in January, when suddenly her pipes started to burst one after the other, and she was left with the expense of those repairs. HomeServe never paid for the expense of the pipe burst and sheet rock that had to be replaced. Unacceptable level of service. I could go on, but I’d run out of space If you’re reading this, what do you think?
