I wanted to hold off on writing my review until i used the service for a while. It was a huge difference between Staten Island Security & Alarm and the previous company. After 6 months and some service calls, I feel Simon has done a terrific job for us and glad we went with Staten Island Security & Alarm versus the other company who I have used in the past. Installation: Very good value and finished the job in a timely manner. Took the time to understand what I wanted and matched his products and services to best suit our needs. No surprises or issues. Service: Staten Island Security & Alarm do a great job on following up with you "after the sale". Simon has come by couple times to see how we are doing and if we have any issues. Anything that we bring up, Simon quickly resolves so there is no disruption to us. Staten Island Security & Alarm Is highly recommended!!

Staten Security & Alarm were thorough and fast from my initial quote request, to the day of installation. They explained everything in great detail and did not cut corners, and answered all of my questions in great detail. I fully recommend their service to anyone who needs a security system installed. Everything can be controlled through my phone, and I can even view live feed from my cameras at any time of the day. I plan on having new doors installed through another company, and upon completing that project I will be contacting Staten Security & Alarm for automated locks to be installed in the new doors. The best Staten Island has to offer. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
