Water leak today when temperature is 10 degrees. Had to turn off water at the main. Called 2 companies, the first gave us a 4 hour window and at the fourth hour canceled via text. Second company gave hour and a glass half window but canceled because he thought we said WoodRidge when we clearly gave our full address in Woodbridge. Luckily we called King Arthur. He arrived in under 30 minutes. So was very friendly and found the problem very quickly. He made the repairs and offered things we could do to prevent future problems. Pricing for winter late night emergency call was affordable. I have added King Arthur to my contacts for any other plumbing needs and referrals.
