Water leak today when temperature is 10 degrees. Had to turn off water at the main. Called 2 companies, the first gave us a 4 hour window and at the fourth hour canceled via text. Second company gave hour and a glass half window but canceled because he thought we said WoodRidge when we clearly gave our full address in Woodbridge. Luckily we called King Arthur. He arrived in under 30 minutes. So was very friendly and found the problem very quickly. He made the repairs and offered things we could do to prevent future problems. I called and King Arthur Plumbing was quick with responding. Ramon was sent to check out our water heater. We needed a new one. He was very thorough and very professional by keeping us informed on the progress. Also he was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I recommend him and the company. THANK YOU!!!!!

Called today for an issue with our water heater at 11am and they were at our house by 1pm. They were courteous and professional. Got to the bottom of the issue and recommended a fix. Also they are the best priced around. I would recommend them all day everyday.
