Exceptional experience from start to finish! Alex P. was our Renovation Consultant who helped our vision come to fruition while remaining respectful to our budget. He was patient and very well versed in the multitude of products Window Depot has to offer. Our Installation Tech was Gage and another gentleman. They arrived on time and got to work immediately upon arrival. The attention to detail during the installation was impressive—the caulking is flawless and the new fixtures look perfect. What stood out most was how they respected our home. They used floor covers and when the job was done, the bathroom was left clean. The project was completed exactly within the promised timeline and budget. I highly recommend Window Depot for any bathroom renovation!

Our tub to shower experience with the Home Team of Youngstown was amazing! From sale through installation and beyond the team was professional, communicative, and respectful. The team worked with integrity-keeping their word as well as keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Our sales rep was patient as he discussed with us how the work would be done and guided us as we chose colors and patterns. The installation team had a knowledgeable leader (Gage) who acted as our point person. The team was respectful of our space by keeping tools, boxes, and shower parts clear of our pathway. They also cleaned their work zone before they left on each of the two days. Not just picking up but sweeping and wiping down their work area.
