These guys are the best! I needed help with a vinyl fence cap. I showed up to their shop. They had one in stock and were super quick and efficient. Jay Jay helped me out and was fast. So courteous too!! I would highly recommend them for your needs!!
No work was done but they are not very flexible or accommodating. I needed an estimate as i know nothing about fence pricing. Was told they can only come between 11-3 which majority of people work during those hours. Made an appointment in hopes i could make it work. I tried but work needed me to stay until at least 3. I respectfully called the day before to reschedule or see if they can accommodate me with a more specific time. A gentleman in the background relayed information to the receptionist "around 3:30". The following day i waited around until 430 when i called and the receptionist said she would call whoever was suppose meet me. No one ever called me back.
Very unprofessional person answering phone has no clue what they are doing. No one called you back. Waited 14 weeks fir railings to br installed told would be a month. Asked to speak to owner who never called me. Only good thing was the installer Joe did a great job. Would not use them again.
We had our patio rail installed by Joe from Austintown Fence. He was a pleasure. He was very skilled in installing the the railing, measuring and leveling all areas of the rail. Our railing looks wonderful! Thank you so much. Professional work is so appreciated.
These guys are professional from the day they come out to do the estimate to the day they finish the job, they knew I had dogs and had to get a fence up asap .. just moved in a new home and it was priority 1 to get a fence. We got the estimate the materials and everything else needed to be done within 2..3 weeks! Great job all the way around and plan on using them again in the spring for another project. 5 stars all day!! Thanks again fellas! God bless.
