I hired this company to repair a leaking dishwasher. The service person lacked the professional knowledge/expertise to solve my problem. I paid the $88 trip service fee. When I called the company's main line, I was told, "Sorry for your experience. I'll pass it along." Really disappointing. Hopefully, I can save others from wasting their hard earned money. Please take my sincere advice and call someone else.
Be careful what you buy from this store. I bought a shift actuator motor from them and out of the box it didn't work. I called a spoke with a gentleman who told me there is no way to test them. There is MULTIPLE videos on line how to test to see if they are good or not. He blatantly told me there wasn't and nothing he could do. I will not shop there again.
No stars for this company is a terrible company to use I called them to get scheduled they never called me to confirm scheduling went into my home while my minor was there took apart my dryer with out my confirmation of the appointment so I rushed home for him to tell me the issue and when I told him that I was just renting the home and needed to confirm everything with the landlord he left I got in contact with the landlord while the tech sat in my drive and let him know that tomorrow would be fine he said that would work I called today to confirm my appointment and they denied service won't take the money or came back out to fix the dryer so now I have an unassembled dry in my laundry room and all they can say is contact another place. I talked to Gordon specifically
Dave called and arrived on time. He was very courteous, and kept everything clean. He was respectful of my property. He was pleasant and informative. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and finished in a hour. Called on Saturday and he was here on Monday at 8:30am. Would definitely recommend Dave from Home Appliance.
