Holliday Heating + Cooling + Electric

I don’t normally post reviews, but at this very moment I am frustrated with Hoillday hearing. They came to my house mid December to replace a furnace and do some electrical work. While getting the electrical work done, one of the gentleman broke one of my storm windows. I was assured that it would be taken care of in a week or two. Well, here it is almost two months, and I still do not have my window fixed. I have called over and over and some how no one can get back to me to tell me what is going on. It seems once Mitch and Chris get your money, they don’t care. No professional at all. I would not recommend this business. Update: Mitch contacted me about the window and was finally able to get it fixed. He apologized and admitted he should have contacted me sooner. I would say my experience with their workers was a pleasure. And they did a great job with my furnace, hot water heater, plus the electrical work we had done.

So,so happy!! We had a service tech come out to just do a maintenance check. The tech ( Jory ) showed up exactly on time and was extremely friendly and as it turned out very, very knowledgeable. We now have a heat pump that works correctly ( it never did before hand). He also reset the fan speeds to accommodate the the numerous other changes he made. Our house is now being heated efficiently and quietly. Thank you Jory and Holiday Heating, you guys rock!!
