I called on Thursday because I couldn’t get my RV to start. Santana said he couldn’t come out that day but could possibly come out Friday morning and he would call. If not he would not be able to come out till Monday. I gave him my number and didn’t get any call back on Friday. So I waited to hear from him Monday. Again no call. Fortunately I did get the issue fixed. And now I know who not to call…!

To who ever decides to get any kind of service at this place DO NOT!!! A little over a year ago the drive shaft in my car broke & I trusted them with it to get it fixed, they took 3 weeks to get it done & kept giving me different excuses every time I called to ask if it was done; a year forward to today my car has the same problem now, I live in Dallas & had to take it to a dealer to get it fixed here AGAIN & comes to find out that they NEVER fixed it, they just messed with it so it wouldn’t make any noise anymore; I have been driving my car like that everyday not knowing the danger I was in driving like that; I have been lucky that my car didn’t break down in the high way causing myself an accident & others around me; their is no words of how upsetting this is, for one I lost my money & second their is nothing I can do about it now since it’s been so long, if they couldn’t do the work they could of just said so but they just wanted to make easy money
If I could give them 19 stars, I would! We were heading home to central Texas after a week long road trip. We stopped in Deming for the night and the next morning we couldn't shift our car out of park. Oh no. Never fear Hobbs Quality Service is here! They came and assessed our vehicle, got it drivable and took us to their nearby shop. Turns out it was a small part, which they got quickly, installed and had us back on the road smiling and happy. This is a family business and they treated US like family, charged us a very fair price, and made us grateful that we met them for this emergency.
