Last night the torsion spring on my garage door broke and couldn't get it open. I did a Google search and found this business, and sent a text message describing my situation, at about 9:00 p.m. Didn't expect to hear anything back that night, but lo and behold ,got a reply. He had me take some pics of the door and spring and gave me a quote to repair. I said great and he would be by the following afternoon as he had another job ahead of me. When they arrived it took them about an hour to make repairs with an upgrade. They also checked adjustments and made corrections on the garage door opener. Job actually cost about 45 dollars less than quoted. The gentlemen were curtious and just down right good people. I highly recommend R&R Garage doors.
