Awesome customer service! Mitch got us in right away since we were traveling, and then replaced a wheel bearing that was failing. That did not fix the noise we were hearing but he did not charge us for the service, and recommended we try a mfr-specific service department for further investigation. Very impressed with the owner's responsiveness, care and generosity. 100% recommend Michel's if you are in the area.

Vehicle had two fuel injectors go wrong on a 33 hour drive back to Arizona from the east coast. Called them at about noon and about 15 minutes prior to showing up. Mitch told me they could possibly take a look at it within a few hours or so. I took the gamble and went anyways. Within 20 minutes Mitch and Justin had the truck pulled near a bay and were already getting to work on it. They got two fuel injectors (plus all the labor) installed and done in about 2 hours. I was back on the road before 5. Mitch, Justin, lady at the front desk (didn’t catch your name sorry!!) were incredibly professional, knowledgeable but most importantly, seemed to set things aside to get someone they didn’t know taken care of. Very impressed, very grateful, and a nice welcome back to the southwest. Thank you guys again.
