Went in for a heater core flush. I told them I had to be out by a certain time for work. 4 hours later I'm told that they ordered a different part (without calling to see if I could afford it) and they were waiting on that. I told them I had already replaced that part at the beginning of the year. She told me to replace it again because it was bad and that would fix the no heat issue. Waited another hour before they had my vehicle back together, so a total of 5 hours there when I live over an hour away. Spent the money on a new blend door actuator for there to still be no heat in my car. I called to see about getting back in to have them do the original service I scheduled and be out by a certain time. The woman I spoke with said she didnt know where she could put me to have me out by that time. I was referred here by my children's therapist to help with the cost of repairs and they ended up costing me more money in the long run. EDIT: after taking my vehicle to 3 different shops they all told me the same thing. It is my blend door actuator being broken inside the blend door. A small piece is stopping it from opening. So not a faulty one
