My husband and i recently had our computer hacked. I was and still am so upset. But after calling High Tech Solutions in Palm Coast I am relieved. Andre came into our home and started working on getting it clear. We changed email addresses and passwords and put more security on our devices. He was very professional and so patient with me and reasonable with his pricing. He is very knowledgeable and loves all things tech and has a good personality. He gave us a lot of pointers and things to watch out far. We will call him again if we have any problems.

My name is Boris and I’m from NYC. During a recent trip to Montana, I got injured and ended up staying with my parents for a bit. I needed to work remotely, but my parents’ newer laptop suddenly stopped working (they’re not very tech-savvy and it wasn’t used properly).

Andre was so helpful with our old laptop that completely failed. He not only rebuilt it and secured a new battery (leaving us able to avoid purchasing a new laptop at far greater cost) but he also cleaned it thoroughly before it came back our way. Wow!!! This guy Andre is unbelievable. He is fantastic, awesome, kind hearted person who look after the welfare being of his customers. He render a great service for me to install a sound bar that I can’t because of not knowing to incompleteness and unable to install parts of the unit. He was kind enough to bring me a brand new unit of Samsung sound bar and in no time he was able to completely finished it. It was an amazing sound. Not only that.
