If there were an Olympics for poor service, Cellairis would be a strong gold medal contender. I went there to replace the battery in my iPhone 14 Pro and was charged $150. During the repair, my screen was damaged and had to be replaced for an additional $30, even though the damage occurred during their service. About 60 days later, the replacement screen began failing and eventually went completely blank. When I returned, I was told there was new management and that previous repairs would not be honored. I was also informed that the screen installed was a low-quality replacement and was offered a “genuine” OLED screen for another $189. I was also informed that the warranty was 30 days. All in all a pretty bad experience. Definitely would not recommend. Update (in response to the owner’s reply): The battery replacement has worked well. This is not a warranty issue. The problem is that when my screen was damaged during the original repair, it was replaced with an inferior-quality display without my being informed. That screen failed in less than 60 days, and I was then told I would need to pay $180 to have the proper OLED screen installed. In my view, the correct replacement should have been done at the time. I’ll let future customers decide.
