Saw that there aren't many reviews here. So thought I'd add a positive one. Worked at Comanche County Memorial Hospital and we used High Tech for maintenance for our printers. Excellent service and quick response times. Rarely did I have to call them to follow up and they'd resolve the issues within the first call. Great polite people, that get things done.
We called and the young lady that answer the phone was very rude and quick with me out busines was looking for service and maybe 3 new printer she seem to go real quick with me on the phone.no worry we took our business else where.If your going to representing the company you work for you need to learn to be more friendly on the phone.
