We had a great experience with High Country HVAC. Omar, Josh, Mike, and Spencer were all fantastic to work with. They were extremely meticulous and made sure the job was done correctly from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and they were more than willing to come back if anything needed attention. We never felt pressured — they sold us exactly what we needed, nothing more. Professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The capacitor on my AC actually cought fire on my 20 year old system. We decided to upgrade the entire AC and Furnace system since the AC was unrepairable. I solicited 3 quotes and although there was another quote comparable to High Country HVAC's quote, their professionalism and responsiveness won me over! Am I'm sure glad I went with them. JC is kind and very educating. He even filled out all my rebate paperwork for me, making everything a breeze. Toby and Josh installed the system. They worked very long hours the first day in order to ensure we had working AC that first night. It was also this first day of install that we unexpectedly found out we would need to put our dog down the following day. We chose in home euthanasia, which ended up being on the second day of our install. Toby was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made sure they were out of the house and gave us much needed space during that difficult event. I am very grateful for that. Id recommend High Country for any new install or repair service.
