This company was assigned through the home warranty. Dishwasher kept tripping the breaker 20 minutes into the cycle. Repairman never tested it, only said it needed a new jet pump. Jet pump was installed a week later. However, the problem persisted. Two weeks after installation, the jet pump had sagged off its support bracket causing a leak and damaging my basement ceiling. I then had to call my warranty service back who decided to send out the same person who didn’t know what he was doing. He ran the test cycle for 2 minutes and said the dishwasher was fine even though it keeps tripping the breaker. Not sure how that’s possible since it trips the breaker on 3 separate outlets connected to different breakers. However, because he did not know what he was doing, my warranty provider made me hire an electrician just to confirm there was not an electrical issue with the house. I called the electrician who confirmed there is no electrical issue with the house and that dishwasher is the problem. So now I’m having to work with the warranty provider to hopefully send a different company out that’s competent. If this company is assigned to you, demand a different company. On the positive side, the company was on time and easy to reach

I'd give them zero stars if I could. These guys are scammers and lie right way too much, and never show up on time. They can't to my house twice and late by 3 hours both times. They tell you one thing to your face and something completely different to the warranty company. The warranty company declined my repair. They don't care about the customer at all, all they want to do is make profit for the warranty company. If the warranty company sends these guys to your house, I'd recommend changing to a different repairman. I wouldn't even let them near my house. I definitely wouldn't call them directly either. Worst Service Ever and the worst repair company in Utah.

Blames customers and frequently missed appointments. - They looked at, but never fixed our dryer. They never scheduled a follow up to install working parts so I rescheduled a follow up on December 23 -they never showed; Again rescheduled on December 26 they never showed again! They blame Best Buy; I talked to Total Appliance directly about finishing the repair, and as usual they lied that they would come on Jan 3; On Jan 3 I called and Talked with Total Appliance directly They told me I had a cash out offer that I did not accept from Best Buy so as expected, and as usual - no repairs are happening from this company! They refused to function as a service company! All in all, after months without a working dryer, I was forced into accepting a replacement from Best Buy.
