We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter of Decatur, AL. Tiffany was very helpful when we placed a call. She was extremely pleasant on the phone & patient with all of my questions & concerns, then arranged an appointment the same day. I loved how the technician called prior to the appointment time & confirmed our service problems and arrival time. Then we received a text message from the company with a photo of the technician that was coming out to the home with a little bio of him. Very Impressive! It made all feel safe & personable. Jose is knowledgeable and good-humored, personable and professional. Straightforward job, but specialist skillset required. Our issues were solved without delay or drama, and everything is good as new. Hard to complain about those results.

Bryan, Kyle and Clay did an excellent job sewer line replacement for our family. They explained everything they were doing and took the best care of the property. They even worked through some city code issues with the replacement. We appreciate their hard work and the time they took to do everything correctly.
