The technician provided a courtesy call ten minutes prior to arrival and was perfectly on time for the scheduled appointment. Throughout the process, his communication was excellent; he utilized photos to clearly explain every step of the work he completed, which I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, he did an outstanding job representing your company’s value by explaining the $199.00 Maintenance Membership. His ability to "up-sell" not only benefited the company b... While I unfortunately cannot recall his name, I hope you can identify him: he is based out of the Cullman office, recently graduated from technical school, has been with Valley for approximately six months, and is originally from Wisconsin. Terry Barnes (sales) and Tim (technician) have been fantastic. Very thorough and took all the time I needed to understand my unit. Being a Home Care Comfort customer has been worth every penny. Everyone at Valley is kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Great team!!

Valley Heating & Cooling was quick to respond to us. We were without heat on Sunday morning. Ross conducted a through inspection of the furnace and thermostat to getting our system back up and with heat. Thanks so much and would highly recommend VHC on your next or first service.
