Great experience overall. The shop was clean, well stocked, and easy to find what I needed. Ali was super helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, which I really appreciated. He took the time to answer questions and made solid recommendations. Definitely coming back and recommending this spot to friends.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell expired products. I got vape juice here that was over 1 year expired. Poison control hotline told me to go the emergency room right away. I haven’t stopped vomiting every 20 minutes since yesterday afternoon. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I called the store and the guy on the phone didn’t take any accountability and offered a replacement bottle of juice. This place needs to be shut down. If someone audits their inventory I wouldn’t be surprised if 50% is expired. Probably more. All the positive reviews are because they give away vapes if you leave them a 5 star.
Great expereance . The staff were friendly and helpfull. It felt like i was dealing with friends. The prices were great. The quality of merchandise was second to none. I will for sure be back. Muhammed was the guy that helped me.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE.. purchased this and it's defective, Never used it just put water in the base and it started to leak, called the shop and they won't exchange it. Not asking for a refund just an exchange for one that works.... terrible customer service, only reason I gave a 1 star is because I HAD to in order to post a review!!
