My technician was Ray Estrada, he was with someone else but Ray was the leaf. They had to replace my AC unit. Both were amazing to work with and did great and timely work. There service was great and really took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The whole experience has been great from Chuck at the start until Ray at the end. THANK YOU Champuon Air!
I appreciate the level of honesty and knowledge Larry had, there was no sales technique, he gave me a quote to fix my unit and 3 quotes for different ac models.i went with getting a new unit since the cost to fix it was a few thousand, my unit was 11yrs old so that was an easy choice. I scheduled my appointment for 3 days later and everything was done in one day. Chris did an amazing job. Thanks
Larry came out this morning to inspect our HVAC system. He was on time and very personable. The inspection was very thorough! He took pictures and explained everything he saw. He gave us recommendations in 3 categories…what could be done to enhance our system, what should be done in the future to keep the system humming along and things that should be done soon to keep it from failing unexpectedly. He educated us on how the system works , what kind of filters would be best for us etc. He informed without pressuring which I really appreciated. We decided what needed to be done and he stayed and worked on it! I would not hesitate to use champion and Larry again.
Got a whole house HVAC replacement from Champion. I chose them over others because I liked the 10 year warranty /support/ maintenance that was included. Carlos M headed up the install and did a great job (drop clothes all over the place--I wouldn't be surprised if their shoes never touched my floors). Great communication throughout the sales and installation process. Would highly recommend.
