He truly went above and beyond to solve a problem that a previous plumber had given up on. Initially, Alex encountered the same challenge the first plumber did: the snake could not get past a few feet into the plumbing line to clear the clog. We were very happy with Aqua Plumbing's Alex and his brother Ray's work at our home. We had a relatively emergent situation with a natural gas leak that needed to be patched to get the gas turned back on, and Alex was very prompt and showed up within 2 hours of reaching out (they're a recommended business through Home Depot's ProReferral system, which is how we got connected).
