So I just brought myself a used Lexus ES350 with 146,000 miles on it prior to my purchase I researched best local garages that did work on Lexus /toyota and Heritage motorworkz popped up and after I read multiple reviews I was sold . The amount of great things that were said about Carlos and his co workers made my decision even more reassuring, so I strolled in one afternoon and off the first introduction of meeting Carlos I knew I found my garage for life . I’m a great reader of people and let me tell you Carlos soul spoke to me I said to myself that’s an honest man and a good one . His staff A1 ,even when I spoke with a woman over the phone she was very professional . I love everything about Heritage Motorworkz ! Customer 4 Life !

My experience with Heritage Motorworkz was great! For started Carlos gave my car a diagnostic of what was wrong with my car which it needed a solenoid replaced! He inspected and found everything that needed work, and gave me an estimate of each no pressure! My car was scheduled to be fixed on Monday before a major storm and might have been pushed back, but Carlos stayed late until 9 PM to make sure my transmission was taken care of! Carlos (the owner) was so professional, honest and communicative throughout the entire process. The shop was very clean and organized. Everything was communicated to me properly and in a timely manner and Carlos was extremely honest and did not recommend anything that wasn’t needed. You don’t find that often! The entire process was so smooth and I was very satisfied. I will 100% be using their services again in the future and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do too!
