Update: i simply asked why you didn't have the reason for my call in your system the requested the hours i was told which was next Friday between 1-4. That's not outside your hours. So sad come here and lie. Why would I lie? SMH Very bad experience. I scheduled a call through my warranty company. This woman calls and says warranty company doesn't know what they're talking about. We can't do that day and to do a Friday it would be a couple weeks. Then she refused to manage it through the warranty company herself. Said i had to do it. Unacceptable business.

We visited Herb Snow & Sons for the first time today. They were very sweet nice people. We were in need of a washer and dryer set and came from Newton, KS. We made it to them right before they were closing and they were still gracious enough to work with us and get us a set to load and take home. They are reasonably priced. The ladies we talked with were knowledgeable and super friendly. We have referred some people to them already. :) We will definitely be back when we need another appliance.
