This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve had as a homeowner. HELP Plumbing is quick to answer the phone, but that’s where the professionalism ends. The technician showed up unprepared, rushed the job, and provided vague explanations that raised more questions than answers. The work itself felt sloppy and careless, with no attention to detail and no effort to explain what was actually done or why. I was left double checking everything afterward because I had zero confidence in the quality of the repair. For a company that advertises 24/7 service and claims to be reliable, the actual execution was far from it. Pricing was also an issue; expensive for the level of work provided, with no clear justification or transparency. I felt pressured rather than helped, which is the last thing you want when dealing with plumbing or HVAC issues in your home. As someone who values proper procedures and accountability, this company failed to meet even basic standards. I would not recommend them and will not be using them again.
