I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Rich’s Plumbing. After hiring them to install a washer parts, which I bought myself, the experience turned hostile. The technician arrived 8 hours late on the day for the job and did the work hastily. I wasn’t sure if the repair was well done at all. Instead of standing behind their work or engaging in a professional dialogue, the owner actually threatened to come into my home and forcibly remove the repair parts, which is completely illegal. Avoid this shop at all cost.

Terrible service. I initially sent an email requesting service for my mother. I have all the details, got a confirmation email back, but no one called her. I called them the next day, spoke told a rep who took all my information down and was told they'd send someone out. Per my mom, they called as asked her if she wanted it repaired that day. She said she needed a price first (their website offered free estimates). He told her he'd call back and never did. So here I Am trying to find services for my mom. Did I mention I live in Florida and she lives in Irvington. So now I am forced to continue to look for a reliable plumbing service.
