My personal experience at Koplin was great! Since the day I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was greeted by two ladies. Adele and the other name I can’t remember. Both of them were extremely nice, kind and friendly. The process of filling out the forms was smooth and they were on top of any questions I had. The communication about what what’s going on with my car was constant and detailed. I will definitely come back if I need any service done with my car. Highly recommended. Professional and kind people. Adele was very patient with me. I wasn’t able to pick up my car early anf she waited for me on a Saturday after closing hours for me to go and pick up my car. I really appreciate you Adele. Amazing job. Kudos for the amazing guy from Enterprise inside the office who made my rental process very smooth. What a great place.

Í wanted to start saying that Koplin Auto Body is not a regular business company. They are like a family and treat me that way. When I took my 2025 suburban to that shop to be fixed after the back bumper was damage due to the negligence of a young driver; They gave me the peace of mind and reassurance that my car will be the same way when I took it from the dealer. Thank you to Adele, Omar and the amazing team to make that happen. You are best!!!

This is my second experience with Koplin in a year. No one wants to have to go thru the process of getting one's car repaired via insurance as the experience can sometimes be less than stellar. Not here at Koplin. The staff is welcoming, accomodating and sympathetic to what you are going thru and they provide a soothing atmoshere to what many would consider a stressful time. And of course they are extremely efficient in doing their repair jobs. I am wholly satisfied with them and highly recommend their services!
