The pilot light went out on my fireplace. I called and was given an appointment the next day (thank you Nancy). Corey came out and was very professional and courteous. He cleaned everything and lit the pilot also was very neat. Will recommend this company. Thank you

Corey from Heat & Sweep came out today. Performed a full tune-up/cleaning on my fireplace and got it back in excellent working order. I was having issues with the strange odor. He checked the seals and went out to check the intake and exhaust vent and cleaned that out as well. Nancy in the office was very helpful and informative when I was describing issues that I was having. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Long overdue - Highly recommend!! The entire process was a smooth and pleasant experience. Fair and transparent pricing. Electric Fireplace unit + 2 story fireplace wall build out From the initial discussions with Alex, who provided great recommendations while still keeping our asks/budget in mind; to the actual build out with Corey, who did a FANTASTIC job - his dedication to his craft and meticulous attention to detail was apparent the entire time. Not only would he clean up at end of each day to ensure the area was spotless, but he even offered to let us use the floor covers/tarps since we were still moving other furniture in as well. A true artist!! EXTREMELY satisfied with the result.
