I purchased both a fireplace and a house-wide dehumidifer system from Hawaii Fireplaces. I found the team to be warm, personable and their onsite technicians are excellent about checking in and answering questions. Helpful. Products are good too. Overall this has been a very good experience.
Was extremely happy with this company and it's crew. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up their messes, installed a fantastic AC system throughout our entire house. I had a couple requests after the work had been done and they promptly handled my concern. I would suggest this company to anyone looking to have an AC installed in their home. They tried to charge us for fireplace cleaning twice without working on it. Had to call several times for them to order parts for them to continuously not order parts that I gave them 800$ for 6 months ago. I also scheduled this appointment for them to fix it a year ago. If there is any way to never use this company don’t everrrrrr use this company. The worsttt service I have ever witnessed in my life. Every time we call to make sure they are doing their job they never know what is going on or who we are or what job this is. The worst business I have ever used in my life. Don’t ever use if you can. If you have to you’ll have to hold their hand with every step. Don’t let them do any work without getting invoices because they don’t keep track of anything.
