Tim was prompt, pleasant, professional and efficient. He even went over our system with me since we just recently purchased our residence. The price was a little steep for less than an hour but I did call them out with less than 24hr notice.

Very satisfied with our service from Hartzell’s Heat & Air. First time using them & received excellent & prompt service. Ace & Carl were our technicians & were outstanding! Explained everything well & Ace had a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend Ace, Carl & Hartzells.

Tim is a good professional and did a fine job. However, we we told we would receive a notification when he was on the way. We did not. He showed up during the set aside time but without a text or phone advance notification. FYI. Your system didn’t work.
