Very nice plumbers, very knowledgeable. The poor review is for the company. 2 guys spent 10 minutes looking in a hole to say it was the city of Enid’s responsibility and said there was no fee because it isn’t our responsibility and left. 15 minutes later, the receptionist called me to tell me the city said it isn’t their responsibility and to talk pricing for them to come out, informing me that I would be charged for a full hour plus a second hour starting when they come back. I said I didn’t agree with that, they said I didn’t owe anything, they were wrong in their diagnosis, and by the time they came back out, it would still be less than an hour on since they came the first time. She got a poor attitude and said she wouldn’t send a tech back to my home because she ‘can tell payment will be an issue’. I tried talking to her for clear explanation, she got an attitude and refused. It is sad, because the guys seemed smart and kind. Businesses in Enid need to be more fair, or this will be another one gone soon, or worse-they stick around as a last resort and take advantage of other people.
