I contracted with them on November 5th for a replacement of three bathroom pipes, shower walls, faucet, and drywall prep where there was damage. I paid half the estimate. They canceled once and haven’t returned my calls or texts since. It’s now December 9th. I am filing a small claims suit.
My experience with Handyman Connection of Lansing was great from start to finish. It was nice dealing with Tina over the phone to discuss my needs and get an estimate, and she communicated clearly throughout the process. Mike was the craftsman assigned to install my garage side entry door, and he did a careful, conscientious job. He has a lot of experience and knew what he was doing. And the price was unbeatable. I definitely will contact them again the next time I need work on the house.
