Our garage door was making a loud popping sound every time it closed. The tech inspected the torsion spring and found it was starting to fail. He replaced the spring and balanced the door properly. He also lubricated the hinges and rollers. The noise is completely gone now.

Ben did a full inspection: adjusted opener force settings, tested the safety reversal function, replaced a frayed extension spring, and checked the garage track alignment. He was professional and explained each step. Highly recommended if you're unsure of an older setup.
