The Ranson Tire Shop

I first used Ranson Tire Shop when I moved to WV. I needed an exaust repair on my pickup. I met Blake and his wife,immediately I could tell that they are straight shooters. They repaired my exaust in a short time and it was done correctly. I have since had inspections on my wife's car and my pickup. I will only use them,as I know without a doubt they are trustworthy,dependable business with quality people,superior results. I refer them to everyone.

Recently had my son bring my old jeep cherokee for a simple oil change and tire rotation.. am new to the area .. was told it would be around 90!bucks .. my son took the jeep to them… They charged 135 instead and didn’t grease any off the old fittings on the jeep nor did they rotate the tires they charged me to do … when i went back the individual argued and insulted me in front of his employees calling me a liar and saying he was positive he did the right work.. well he didn’t as they clearly could see … just ridiculed my vehicle and never apologized or made it right.. will never be back..and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.. if they can’t even do a simple lube and tire rotation without issues… wouldn’t trust them to do anything else .. regardless of my jeep being.26 years old and leaking fluids as the man insulted me after taking my jeep back … no apology or anything.. nor any other explanation.. just belittle me… hate to be his wife.. tells you a lot about someone else… if i wanted that kind of service and respect i would have taken it to valvoline of jiffy lube but was trying to support a local business and that’s how me and my son got treated

Back in April, I called up Blake at the Ranson Tire Shop in West Virginia. My husband and I met Blake and his wife a few months prior during an unusual circumstance, and when I bought a truck to surprise my husband with a wedding gift in September, I knew exactly who to call. “Hi, um, I’m not sure if you remember me, but I bought a truck for a surprise wedding gift and I need to know what rims a man would want” 😂 I had picked out a few tires already and when I met with Blake that same day I called, he helped me pick the best option that would not only look incredible but would FIT appropriately. He kept my secret the whole time also and helped me coordinate sneaking around to get them on and perfect. Blake, you and your team were amazing to work with and I sincerely can understand how you now have opened a second shop in Martinsburg WV as well! We will absolutely be customers in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing!! They now offer tags and title along with registration renewal. They can look up in their computer and give you the new registration and sticker in hand right there. They go above and beyond! Skip the line! Plus they’re cheaper than the dmv! I wish I could give these guys 20 stars! Very Very friendly family owned business. They even care about my mom who’s been in the hospital; they’ve reached out to her to make sure she’s okay and want her to step in and see them! They treat you like family! Love Love them!!
