Spoke with Jeremy in the morning, and he was out the same day to diagnose the issue. When my home warranty wouldn’t cover the repair, J&B Garage Door saved me $300. The repair was completed within a week, communication was great, and the installers were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Bought a lift and oh crap, the garage door hits the top of the lift. Called around to schedule quotes. First guy wasn’t even worth remembering their name. Saying it couldn’t be done. J & B shows up. Looks at the lift, the garage and talked to me like I didn’t spend a week researching and decided I didn’t want invest time into it. Price was beyond reasonable compared to dude who said he couldn’t do it and averages online. This thing is so tight that it practically hugs the roof and stops about 6 inches from that load bearing beam. Basically, they got in, worked around my slight “work mess” and got it done in about 2 1/2 hours.
Needed quick repair of a garage door. The price was fair, the communication was excellent, and they showed up quickly and got everything fixed without any hassle. I genuinely appreciated how easy they made the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend J & B Garage Doors and will use them again if needed.
