I have used them prior not really had an issue, but I did have them fix our toilet in April 2025, replacing the ball and cock. About three weeks ago the flap started not closing and the seal started disintegrating. I have to take the back of the tank off and realign the flap about every other flush. I contacted hacker and advise them It had been around six months and asked if they would come and fix it, or if they guaranteed their work, to which they replied, they only guarantee work For “a couple of weeks” as I’ve lived here for 13 years and this was the first time I had to have this replaced this seems like six months is not a very long time For guarantee of parts and service. There was not even an offer of coming out to look at it to see if it was faulty parts. I will be using someone else from now on, but just a heads up that they don’t guarantee their Work past “a couple of weeks” Also a note, I called them first and advised that I would be making a public review in case anybody wanted to call and discuss the situation. That was two weeks ago.
