Hacker Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I have used them prior not really had an issue, but I did have them fix our toilet in April 2025, replacing the ball and cock. About three weeks ago the flap started not closing and the seal started disintegrating. I have to take the back of the tank off and realign the flap about every other flush. I contacted hacker and advise them It had been around six months and asked if they would come and fix it, or if they guaranteed their work, to which they replied, they only guarantee work For “a couple of weeks” as I’ve lived here for 13 years and this was the first time I had to have this replaced this seems like six months is not a very long ti... I wanted to say thank you to the staff of this company, especially Phyllis and Paul. Those members are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and reliable. This company provided great service for my office building multiple times. Words alone cannot describe enough of how grateful I am with these guys. Thank you again.

Alan was knowledgeable and did great work especially on our 1940's home but I hate the new faucets we got and didn't get a choice on them , also the knobs don't line up when off so that kills my OCD lol

When we called them, it took them multiple days to get to the location, and then they never ordered the parts to get the problem fixed. I had to end up calling another plumber. Each time I called to speak with them about a time frame the lady in their office it seemed very clueless to where her people were or when they were going to be in or where they were going to be for any job i definitely don't recommend

Hacker is wonderful! They always respond in a very timely manner and are always able to fix any issue that we’ve had either at our home or our business. The last issue that we had, Drew was incredibly helpful. We would recommend Hacker to anyone!
